Social Media and Ad Manager

Brikl's content strategy starts with a Video Content Creator who produces 4 story-driven videos every week. Your job is to take that content plus everything else we produce, get it in front of the right people at scale, build a community around it and convert that attention into Brikl sign-ups. This role has two sides. The organic side is community building and content distribution. The paid side is running TikTok Spark Ads with a real monthly budget and being accountable for the results. You need to be strong at both.

Video Content Creator

You produce 4 videos per week across TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. You appear on camera. You script, film, edit and deliver each video ready to post. Our content is built around one thing: the real problems Nigerian vendors face every day. Not product features. Not company news. The specific, unglamorous, daily frustrations of people running WhatsApp businesses in Nigeria.

You own Brikl's product roadmap and strategy. You talk to vendors every week to understand their real problems. You build a clear prioritization framework for what we build next. You work with engineering to ship features, with marketing to launch them, and with customer success to understand how they land. You are the voice of the vendor inside Brikl. You move fast - shipping new features monthly, not quarterly. This is early-stage product management where you get to shape the product direction, not execute someone else's vision.

Customer Success Manager

You are the face of Brikl to our vendors. You onboard new users, answer their questions in WhatsApp, and make sure they get real value from Brikl within their first week. When vendors succeed with Brikl, they keep using it and invite their friends. When they get stuck, they leave. Your job is to be the reason they stay. You work in WhatsApp directly with vendors - no tickets, no helpdesk queue. Real people, real problems, real solutions.
