Brikl is a WhatsApp business assistant for Nigerian vendors. Describe an order and it generates a professional quote instantly. Forward a payment receipt and it logs the transaction automatically. Ask how much you made this month and it tells you with a full breakdown. Everything happens inside WhatsApp. No app download. No account creation. No learning curve.
Millions of Nigerian vendors run real businesses entirely on WhatsApp with no records, no paper trail, and no proof of income. That makes them invisible to banks, loan institutions and funding programmes. Brikl exists to change that.
Brikl's content strategy starts with a Video Content Creator who produces 4 story-driven videos every week. Those videos are built around vendor problems, real frustrations, real moments. Your job is to take that content plus everything else we produce, get it in front of the right people at scale, build a community around it and convert that attention into Brikl sign-ups.
This role has two sides. The organic side is community building and content distribution. The paid side is running TikTok Spark Ads with a real monthly budget and being accountable for the results.
You need to be strong at both.
30 pieces of content per month across all platforms. The Video Creator produces 16 to 17 videos per month. You distribute those across TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. The remaining pieces you create yourself using Canva and Claude: 4-5 carousels covering vendor problems, tax compliance tips and funding opportunities. 4-5 text posts for TikTok captions, Instagram captions and X/Twitter. 2-3 graphics for announcements and milestone posts. Every piece you publish speaks to a vendor problem or a vendor reality. Not product features. Not company updates. The vendor is always the subject. Community management: Respond to every comment within 24 hours. Handle DMs personally, no copy-paste responses. Repost organic user content with permission. Surface recurring questions and feedback weekly. Scheduling: 2-week rolling content calendar in Notion. No platform goes more than 3 days without a post.
₦300,000/month on TikTok Spark Ads. TikTok Spark Ads boost existing organic videos. The original likes, comments and shares stay visible. It performs significantly better than standard in-feed ads because it looks like content, not advertising. How you manage the budget: Week 1: Let organic videos breathe. Watch views, completion rates, comments and saves. You are looking for genuine traction, not just high view counts. Week 2: Activate a Spark Ad behind the top performing video. Start at ₦50,000 to ₦75,000 to validate before scaling. Weeks 2 to 4: Scale spend behind what is converting. Move budget away from anything underperforming. Monthly report to management: Total spend vs budget. Cost per WhatsApp click. Cost per new Brikl user where trackable. Best and worst performing content. Specific recommendations for next month based on data.
Claude is a daily working tool in this role. Use it to write and sharpen captions, generate content angles, draft DM responses, write ad copy variations and turn performance data into plain-language reports. Everything Claude produces goes through your judgment before it is published. No AI-generated text goes live unedited. The standard is simple: if it does not sound like something a real person who understands Nigerian vendors would write, it is not ready.
This role covers both organic and paid because we are early stage. As Brikl grows, these responsibilities split into two separate roles. The person who proves themselves here moves into the lane they are strongest in with a pay increase. The other lane gets a new hire. You will not be replaced. You will be promoted.
